Qualifications of Sitters

After a grace period of thirty (30) minutes without notice of written or verbal communication from guest, we reserve the right to process a late fee equivalent to three (3) hours of services, and the booking will be considered cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

Services are available for children aged 0 to 13 years.
A $60 cancellation penalty applies for any cancelled booking.
A minimum of three (3) hours of babysitting services will be offered to children from zero (0) to thirteen(13) years old.
All rates are fixed and must be paid at the end of each service.
Babysitters are strictly prohibited from bathing children.
If you wish to cancel babysitting services, it must be done at least three (3) hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $60 cancellation penalty.

In-Room Babysitting

Babysitters remain in the room during the entire booking. When a sitting is arranged, the babysitter comes to your room and cares for the child.

Outdoor / Out-Room Sitting

Babysitters are allowed to provide outdoor sittings once a parent is present.

House Sitting

Minimum 4-hour booking required. Our caregivers ensure your home stays safe and secure while you're away.

Premium Pet Care & Pet Sitting

Experienced and caring sitters provide personalized attention and care for your pets, including feeding, playtime, and companionship.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service

Convenient transportation for your child to and from designated locations. Reliable, safe, and stress-free.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to change the time of the reservation or we are running late?

Please contact the babysitting service with an updated time if needed. However, once the sitter has arrived, the sitting time begins.

Do I need to know the exact times for babysitting?

Yes. We require the exact start and end times, as sitters are charged by the hour. You will be billed for the full hours booked, even if you return early.

What if I want to extend my reservation?

Once the sitter is present, simply inform them, and the adjustment will be reflected on the babysitting form.

How do I pay for services

All payments for services are made through Crystal Care and not directly to sitter.
However, in some cases, management can approve cash payments.

Should I provide a meal for the sitter?

Sitter will bring their own snacks. However, if your reservation is 5 hours or longer, you should provide the sitter with a meal or a $20 food allowance.
